Otos do eat live food occasionally. However, they are still herbivore most of the time. That is normal seeing them going for tubiflex time to time. However, IMO it might affect their digestive system if they eat too much tubiflex...![]()
That might be what they need for their diet. But you know, moderation is the key. Haha.

same with my albino pleco , if there's worms , they would be stationed for a while just sucking those worms in before dropping off.
