When is best to test ph lvls

When is it best to test the ph lvl - to test for CO2 lvls. Cos fr wt i understand ph lvls rise during the photosynthesis period. So when shld it b measured so as to get 30-40/ppm of co2. Cos the ph can vary quite a lot within this period. Thanks.

normally i measure 3-4 hours after lights on. not sure if it's right or not though. would be glad if someone can tell me as well

Measure in intervals, and tabulate the results.

For example, you turn on your lights from 1pm to 11pm. Measure every hour in between that period, as well as 1 hour before lights on and 1 hour after lights off. If the pH values are more or less the same, you've got stable C02.
