Help with green dust algae

Need help with on going battle with the green dust algae =(.

Fyi,I dosing ei for my 3ft tank. Ca(no3)2 for N, k2so4 for k and kh2po4 for p. Seachem iron for my iron need and lushgro for micro. 5bps co2 and lighting period is 8hrs.

i try to maintain my NO3 & k range at about 20 ppm and PO4 at around 2ppm.

But the green dust algae keep appearing...

Any idea how to get rid of the green dust algae?

Your're using Maxspect razor? Your current plant density?

I using zetlight 6400 and medium density

Hello, you are using the metal stand legs right? Not hanging correct? It's a 200w light so you probably need to have good plant density.

I hanging it. Hmm, but i not setting full power. Using half power only. Maybe i lower the light intensity down somemore.

It will help if you have the PAR readings at different height with the reduce intensity. Another option is reduce the photo period to 6-7 hours. But that also depends on plant density with types of plants that you have.
