Best budget light. Chihiros wrgb or odyssea evo 3w?

Hi. Im looking to replace my 2 units of damaged chihiros rgb and go low-medium light for my 4 feet.

Is it true as said to me the chihiros wrgb has a better build quality?
I heard odyssea light also better since my tank is 60cm deep.
Or any other lights that yiu could suggest?

Tank mainly bucephalabdra with co2.

That is what many say, but the practicality of that statement is always questionable.

Hi Joshua, thanks for the reply. I went with WRGB i think it did well. However, now i used the 4 x 2 x 2 feet to grow my juvenile golden arowana. So doesnt matter on the light strength as my still in rescape progress tanks now are only 30cm deep, the old model tank with frame.

Please ignore the bulky tidal110, i try to reuse existing equipment.
