How to use Seachem's products?

Hi all,
I'm currently using Dennerle but I'm trying out Seachem's product. Does anyone have a program on how to dose or share your experience with this products. I bought Flourish, potassium, iron, trace. Do I use everything at one go during water change or 1 day once or alternate days? The bottle only specify dosage for individual products and nothing else. Would appreciate any info you could share. Thanks

DIRECTIONS: BEGINNER: Use 2.5 mL (half a cap) for each 160 L (40 gallons*) twice a week or as needed in response to signs of nitrogen deficiency (e.g. stunted growth, chlorosis)

Along the way, you should learn more about plants nutrient requirement and you will modify your dosing.

Do a search on "Tom Barr's Estimative Index". It will give you more insights about fertilisation for planted aquarium.
