That's a good start! Right now as the tank is, 5.5/10.
I'm no pro but here are my reasons:
1) It's not grown in yet.
2) Lacks depth
3) Fish choice is too big (the gigantic fish you have there)
4) Like Goondoo would put it, there are too many straight lines. The foreground and midground are too clearly defined.
Rocks placement is ok, you need more rocks for this setup since it's a long paranomic tank you have. Crypt is growing damn well and I'd work around that crypt for this tank. But one thing though, the brown colour is too much and there are too few greens. In short, colour compatibility isn't there imho.
Just some random comments. Hope I don't sound too blunt or "act-pro".

It's an improvement on your previous setup at http://www.aquaticquotient.com/forum...ad.php?t=12750
I like the new row of crypts. I wish the left side is thicker with tall plants like the C.balansae (?).
BTW - is the tank viewable from both sides?

If you are quite new to this hobby, I must say: WELL DONE! I would give your scaping a rating of 7/10. There had been much improvement from you previous scaping. But I think you should give yourself some confidence. The overall judge of the rating should be yourself. If you are very satisfied with your current scaping, then, give yourself a rating of 10/10!!!![]()

The Crinum which u said was the balansae was nearly dead for a period of time until we got rid of the diformis. And i cant really do anything bout the depth of the aquarium as my dad had it custum built when we moved here and yes it is viewable two-ways.Originally Posted by juggler
