Rena Servicing Center?

While helping a friend with her planted tank, she accidentally drop the power head of her Rena XP1, now there is a small crack on the power head itself and the filter is no longer working.

Anyone knows if Rena has a service center in singapore or anyplace where I can get the filter done?

I don't think there is a service centre. The last time I had problem with Rena equipment, I brought it back to the shop and they sent it in on my behalf.
