If one intending to get a chiller for 4ft tank, what are the factor to be consider apart from cost.

Suppose a canister filter with flowrate 1300/hr installed for the 4ft tank, which chiller is ideal to pair with it?? seeing that Resun CL450 are quite popular.

If the chiller is installed, temperature to be achieve 25c the lowest, and be able to hover around 25c-26c plus. How often will the chiller kicked in to operate??

Roughly what will be the monthly running cost (chiller)?? For those using chiller, care to share your comments??

For a 4ft tank, look at CL650 and upwards. Chiller kick-in operation depend on the ambient temperature and the heat generated from the lights and pumps.

CL650, a better powered chiller will be more effective. Anyone using either of the chiller, care to share comments?? sorry, know nuts about it!

You can get the JBJ Artica Titanium Chiller DBA-075. It is quiet and effectively cools down the tank in record time. I am currently using one for my 4ft tank. Although it is a bit pricey.
