Like Eman suggested, go for HO or VHO T5.
You should also be looking at a set of CO2 set(cylinder and solenoid regulator), substrate, fans or chiller, cannister filter and most importantly a good pair of layout tools,
Nature Aquarium would be a good place to get all the stuff you need for you startup.
You can also ask Mr. Chan for advises if need be.

NA is just directly opposite Thomson Medical Centre. Pricewise, I think both C328 and NA are comparable. However, if you are newbie and need some advice, I would recommend NA as Mr Chan is friendly and it's not as crowded as C328 ... C328 is good if you know what you are looking for and it has more varieties too. Have fun shopping around.

resun seems pretty reasonable priced enough and it's quite popular with our local market
