I presume some species will, some killi keepers keep shrimp with their eggs as they help to keep the eggs clean and free of fungus.

Killiefish keepers have put a Yamato shrimp (and we know yamatos eat almost everything including BBA when they're hungry) with the precious killiefish eggs to clear off the unviable ones that get fungus.

Shrimps normally feed on dead or rotting matter so your fish eggs should not be threatened unless they're unviable ones.
