    hihi,

Anyone know is there any good aquarium in Malaysia, particularly in Ipoh? Aquarium that sells various fishes and plants like in Singapore.

I intend to set up a planted tank for my cousin during my this weekend trip there. if they don't have it there, then I have to bring in all the way from Singapore, don't know the fishes can survive so long journey without oxygen or not.

Most good Aquarium are in PJ or KL. Natural Aquatic in Subang is probably the best in town followed by 88 Marine (3 locations). Pets Mart in SS23 PJ also has some plants. There is also a large pet store in Ikano that sells some plants as well.... having said that I get most of my plants from Singapore

There is an exporter near Sungai Buloh called Aquatics International which brings in plants on Mondays.

Suggest you bring the plants from Singapore, buy the sand and tank from Nature Aquarium. Plants and equipment are cheaper in Singapore.
