Hi ah_hup,
Rather than buy that... you can go pick it yourself, it's all over Singapore. However, if you're too busy, then may I refer you to this thread

Can check with John if he's still selling it. You get the leaves, his kids learn something in the process.

Wow they are retailing this for $3.80 while we could get them for free![]()
Fatherhood - The most challenging role a man can take on but, funnily enough, the most fulfilling too.
I was using that also. Very convenient. However i suspect colouring is used because as compared to the leaves i collected, the colour is slightly different and it colours the water very fast. I bought it cheaper but the LFS closed down or moved (I am not sure).
Becareful when collecting the leaves , make sure wash first as there could be pesticide on it.

Used to collect those(ketapang leaves) fallen from trees. Have to wash and dry out in the sun.
But still prefer to get it from LFS.![]()

How do you determine which ones to pick from the road...
I have a road full of these trees nearby, but have never picked any for fear of toxins or what nots.
Anything to look out for when picking the leaves? Other than washing and drying...
