T5 and T5HO are both same in size, except the output wattage (i.e. 21W vs 39W for a 3ft length).
IMO, T5HO is a better option for high-maintenance planted tank.
Hi guys, I am new to planted tank. Saw T5 and T5HO very frequently. What is the Dif? Which is better?

T5 is refering to the diameter of the tube. HO indicates high output.
