Where to get Osram T5 Ho tubes?

Saw it in some thread but couldnt locate it. Does anyone know where to get Osram T5 HO tubes other than LFS? I remember reading it like Sim Lim Square or somewhere. The exact address will be appreciated. Thanks in anticipation

Sinter at Sim Lim Towers 3rd Floor.
Exact address I don't have. But from the escalator, walk straight and turn right. Think 1st few shops.
