wat does it means?
But new leafs is growing at the same time.

I used to have a red plant that does the same. The lower leaves keep shedding. It is a Hygrophila species. Later, I found out that it is not suitable for aquatic growth. Please verify the species of the plant.

According to the post, it is not. My was also A. sesilis. Did not grow underwater.Apparently is not aquatic. (As per the link, a bog plant.)
