What kind of internal filter with all 3 filtration type?

Can I say that eheim aquaball is the only internal filter with all 3 media (Mechanial, chemical, biological) in place ?

any other types of internal filter that can house all three system?

Fluval internal filters are great as well. If it's for your 1 - 1.5ft tank, get an eden 501. It's decent

20L? Ever consider HOB? Simple, clean cut, wont take up already limited real estate.

it's a hang on back filter. basically sits on the rim of your tank with the filter body outside the tank and only the inlet/outlet within the tank. the inlet will be a hard tube kind, similar to what you see on canister filters while the outlet is usually "waterfall" style, flowing from a horizontal opening back into the water
