need to refresh my memory..... cos doing 5ft tank soon...

what faster growth plant to place in new tank for cycling.
Is it wise to use some of my old tank water in the new tank??? [:

most of the stem plants grow quite fast.. try hornwort.. cheers

Joey, cabomba also can. Cheap n fast! I've kept them b4. If u leave them 4 2 weeks, they can reach ard 2-3ft!

Can try hornwort. It secrets a chemical that combats the algae. But it won't kill it but prevent it from multiplying. it however needs plenty of light to grow.
