Hi bro, I'm using blue for my planted tank. I had initially wanted to use black, but auntie at c328 told me that blue give a nice contrast with the plants, so I just try it out.

You can see my tank pic at this post http://www.aquaticquotient.com/forum...ad.php?t=34159

Warmest Regards from Merviso aka Merv Soh

im not using any background, so its transparent, but the wall behind is white. Surprisingly, the effect is quite good!

Maybe looking from another angle, my blue background makes the green spot algae very outstanding. Air bubble trap inside the Oyama paper is also very obvious. Think I will choose black for my future tanks.

air bubble? you probably did not paste it properly. Use credit card and soap water next time.

yes I did use card & soap water. However, since that's the first time I try to paste Oyama paper, the skill is just not there yet.

    Thanks for the pic.
I think I would prefer the black background instead.
