    BBA! the nightmare. Recently learnt that yamatos can settle the bba for you as well.

    Yamatos also got but dont seen that they clear the BBA for me. I got 30 in my tank but now i only can see 1 or 2 left not sure where the rest gone to.

    Make sure they are SAE first before you buy them. Some LFS may mistaken them as SAE but in fact they are not.

    The Yamatos are probably eating your fish food instead of the BBA. Noticed that BBA is always second choice to yamatos when other food is available. May want to feed sparingly. Yamatos also tend to hide during daytime.

    bro. it's better to get otto rather than SAE. heard SAE will go for fish food rather than algae if given option and they can grew too big and too lazy. just my 2 cents of thoughts

    got all kinds of algae eater trying to get SAE. That time bought 1 from polyart and its not SAE but similar then put in another tank. Bought another 1 and look like very scare in my tank then after a few days up the lorry. Trying to get another 1 again but not getting from polyart hope to get from some other lfs.

    Becareful with SAE, they will grow big and they tends to terrorise te small fishes.
