Downoi and Mini Pellia dying!!

Just got them from another bro last week.
they came green in colour v nice.

but today the mini pellia already starting to turn dark green
and i think they lack of some nutrients or wat... not too sure..

even the downoi turning yellow.

my parameters for my 1ft cube is:

temp 27 to 29 c
ph 6.9
light 36w
fert regime lushgro aqua, micros, kh2po4, khso4, kno3. 2 times a week.

can anyone tell me whats the prob?

hardness maybe? just guessing..

base on deduction due to you using khso4... sulphates raises hardness

i think my hardness is rather high too.. but its also partly due to the reason that i add Seachem Equilibrium.

is that the cause?

bro what substrate you using? downoi do well in lapis sand.. but in GeX or ADA soil.. you can only plant the roots.. once the stem is in the soil.. the downoi will melt away.

hmm i got some mini pellia on mesh and downoi from someone last week too. Not sure if it's the same guy though. He mentioned that they do need cold water. My mini tank's temperature is between 24-26. Could it be your temperature?

Is too warm already that why it dies =)try cooler water

downoi in ada, no problem at all for me. think most impt is good Co2 n fert regime
