Saw Cichlids Forever (near Serangoon J.C) selling freshwater gobies but don't know if they're the ones you're looking for coz your pic seems kinda unnatural leh.

Used to have bumblebee gobies and pond gobies in our longkangs years back but don't think so now.... Can still buy the bumblebee gobies at Petmart from time to time

Those are Stiphodon sp. which is pretty much infrequently stocked in the LFS. So it really depends on your luck, and help from others here to report any sightings.
