i have plans to keep the following plants but do not have the experience for maintaining them in small tanks and the frequency of the trimmings.

My planned height of my tank is about 25-30 cm. Lights should be around 18w- 24w, feel 24w is abit too high for less than 5gallons. Im leaning towards 2x 9w with lower intensity as it should spread more nicely.

The following plants are -
: Bacopa caroliniana
: Bacopa australis
: Didiplis diandra (Blood Stargrass)
: Hemianthus micranthemoides (Pearl Grass)
: Ludwigia arcuata
: Ludwigia palustris
: Ludwigia repens
: Mayaca fluviatilis
: Mayaca sellowiana
: Micranthemum umbrosum (Baby Tears)
: Rotala macrandra 'Green Narrow'
: Rotala macrandra 'Green'
: Rotala macrandra 'Narrow'
: Rotala rotundifolia
: Rotala rotundifolia 'Green'
: Rotala sp. 'Nanjenshan'
: Rotala wallichii
: Rotala wallichii 'Long'

I have also noted that micranthemum umbrosum is similar to Hemianthus micranthemoides, as HM is also called baby tears on some websites. Believe it should be pearl grass.

The rotalas seems to come at a minimium height of 25cm, so abit worried to whether they are suitable, except for the wallichii.

thanks for the help.
