look like chrismas moss, but who knows, moss are hard to identify
it doesn't looks like christmas moss or maybe they are mal-nutrition..
christmas moss has the traditional christmas tree shaped leaf, it looks like weeping moss to me just without the needles.
Do you dose ferts? It looks a bit under nurished for sure.

don't think its weeping, weeping have thicker and broader fronds. looks like taiwan moss kept in low light condition.

I'm totally unsure myself now. After viewing others opinions its got me thinking. And so far i'm thinking i was actually wrong.

not necessary, moss are dificult to identify just by looking at picture. Water quality, water temperature and light effect its grow and will somehow look different.
