Any difference between using just one mesh to tying between 2 mesh?

In my opinion, no different, but 2 mesh is easier to take care.

Not sure how big a single mesh your are referring to; but for bigger piece, I have problem keeping them flat/flush against the glass wall because bigger mesh tends to warp. Also, if you have some nasty fish that wacked a few holes in the moss wall, mending a smaller piece IMO is easier.

But in terms of looks, bigger piece looks better (lesser gaps and lesser suction cups used). So the call is yours Experts here please correct me.

two mesh you can simply lay the moss and sandwich them in between. whereas for one mesh you really gotta tie.

so technically both methods can be used, just that one might be easier to execute, maintain(?) and painless.

true, tried initially with one mesh and realise its tricky to tie and chances of the moss getting loose is quite high then I tied it between two mesh using cable tie and none of the moss got out, now jus have to wait for them to grow out.
