Need advise as my java fern on DW some leaves turned blackish, just introduce SEACHEM FLOURISH will it help to survice the fern, any comment

Filter 2 cannisters
Soil ADA soil and magic soil with base filtelizer
Fauna 100 pcs mixed tetra
Will it be suitable for shrimp, want to introduce shrimp once my mooss grown. any other thing I need to improve
