    Hi All,

As you guys might have read from my previous thread, I have a Odyssea light hold a 24 watts of light over my 1 ft tank. I find that the lights is not sufficient as the leaf internodes are quite far apart and my MMs are dying.

I would like to add more intensity and perhaps more light as 1 light tube doesn't have sufficient spread. Can you guys recommend a light fixture with either 2 tubes or 1 with a wider spread? I was thinking of using the 1.5 ft NA's T5 lights but I understand from some threads previously wasn't very satisfying.

I use 2x Dymax 13W PL lights. It's abit cumbersome having 2 lightsets, but this way I can ensure sufficient spread. Alternatively, there's an ocean free lightset that is 2x9w, but it can drive 2x13w as well. However, I find the spread still not as good as using 2 lightsets

I agree with Yixiang on having 2 light set to yield a better light spread. If you want to do the over kill, put 2ft lights over the 1ft tank.(not recommended)

    Cheers!
