Hello Adr7
Yes and no. Overcrowding a big no-no but several killies can be kept together and most species are compatible with each other and other fish as long as you keep in mind the following:Hi friends, i'm new to killies and would know if killies can be kept in
numbers??
1) Big fish will eat small fish.
2) Quiet fish that like to skulk about don't like rowdy neighbours.
3) Everyone does well as long as everyone gets fed.
4) Some fish will bully others. This is a territorial problem. This is well demonstrated when you try to keep gardneri with australe.
5) Keep an eye on the fish. If it looks like they are not mixing well then they probably are not mixing at all. Remove them.
Have fun[/list]
