Hi, folks,
This post is for Bill who will be receiving a bag Austrolebias nigripinnis eggs from me soon. The envelope went on its way this morning, Bill. I wrote "Happy Birthday" on it. Let's hope that will fool customs
Anyway, after packing the eggs for you, I examined the other bag of eggs in my drawer. The eggs were collected on the 22nd of May, 2 days later than yours. I found quite a few eggs in the peat and my maid said they are all eyed-up. These eggs are about only 2 weeks old so I was rather surprised they are already so well-developed.
I wetted the bag I have last night and this morning there were 2 fry.
Here's a picture of the eggs:
For the life of me, I can't see the eyes but my maid insists they're there.
