here are the update pics of the two different mosses that Timebomb sent to me . They are doing very well.

Glad the moss and the fern reached you, Teresa.

The plant in your first picture is not a moss. Trust me. Although it looks like a moss, it's actually a fern. The moss in your second picture is what we call Spiky Moss. Give it lots of light, keep the temperature low and it will grow into one of the loveliest mosses of them all.

By the way, I took a look at your other thread and it seems the picture of your inwall tank is no longer there. Did you remove it? I can't remember the moss you had in your tank but is it Java? If it is, can you please send a small sample to me? I'm doing a project on Java Moss and I hope to get a sample of one from Canada. Can you help, please?

Of course I will send you some Java Moss. let me know where to send it to.
My Inwall tank no longer look like the picture that I posted and that is why I delete it. I intend to send an update picture of that tank soon.
I can understand why you guys are so into Moss. I have read alot of them and find them really interesting, so much so I am gathering varieties of Moss and setting them in a new tank with "Just Moss" Hope you can help me again. I can understand if you cannot send me anymore.

Of course, I will help you with more mosses, Teresa but currently, I'm busy collecting them myself. I'm desperately short on Erect and Weeping Moss. If you can help me with these 2 mosses, I will be very grateful. Chishio, the Japanese student who's doing the project will be very grateful too.

Right now I have Java moss but I will ask around to see whether anyone can help me with the erect and weeping moss. If i cannot get the other two moss, will you still want the Java moss? Let me know and I will send it .

I will wait for their replies about erect and weeping moss, give them a couple of days to get back to me . Then probably by this weekend I will be sending you the Java moss for sure and maybe the other two as well.
