Rams & Apistos - good tank mates?

Are they OK to put together? It seems that the Rams are more aggressive towards the Apistos.

There's also one bigger male A.borellii that is aggressive towards all other Apistos. Even another smaller male A.borellii does not behave in this way. Is it an exception? Must we remove the aggressor? I noticed the smaller A.borellii has some torn fins that could be due to fights with the bigger male.
