Plan the layout then buy, I prefer to finish the planting at once, and let them settle down and grow.

Dun really understand your question. Are you asking where to buy plants? or are you asking what we use to buy plants?

It is better that you plant heavily from the start. You will have less problems this way. Althernatively, buy cheap plants to plant heavily, then replace them when you encounter or people give away plants.
