I've seen it at NA at Petmart recently. Should be quite easy to find at those popular LFS.

C328 normally has one right outside the shop next to the denitrators.

Get it from C328. They are currently having a promotion. Buy any Eheim Classic cannister filter and they throw in 2 free control valves (worth about $30 plus). Quite worthwhile.
