And how much does a 2L cylinder cost?

less than $20, u can try bioplast aka System and control engineering along boon keng road for on the spot topup

top up big, top up small, you pay the same price
this is why people always recommend getting the biggest tank you can afford to have

the most reasonable place for on the spot refilling is as what simon mentioned
it's directly opposite the new boon keng mrt, which should be up and running in a few months time
