getting a 4 feet tank soon. Will be making it a Dutch Style planted tank.
Want to know a DIY CO2 will do?
Or i need to get a tanked CO2?

You can do it with DIY but it's a PITA. Most folks fail badly that try this on larger tanks. DIYis fine for 75-100,.kiter tanks. ~180liters or more need gas generally. Get a Gas tank!

You don't know this now but it's worth every penny.
