LFS recommendation for equipment in the west

Could you help to recommend some LFs in the west which equipment (OHF pump, fan,lighting, driftwood, slate, etc) at a reasonable price? Much appreciated. Thanks!

Is Hong Yang the shop opposite Lot 1, along the row of the OCBC bank? I passed by it and it seems quite crammed..But I'll check it out anyway. Thanks!
