does normal electrical shop got elbiru and aqualux PL tubes? Osram sure got coz very popular.

I am actually referring to the casing. ( i think it is known as ballast or eballast. )
Is the brand JBJ or JBK. But i heard from a shop that this brand is not eballast. Only, the tube is good from germany i think.
By the way, is it really necessary to have eballast?

its JBJ. Not necessary to have eballast but with eballast, its more energy saving due to less heat loss and hence less hotter. And when u on the light, with eballast the tube doesnt flicker but just on but with normal ballast the tube flickers when on.

eballast a good brand to recommend is voslow or something like that. its a german brand but very expensive. for light tube, osram will be a very safe bet.
