    anyone knows where to get the part in black long rubber cover as shown in picture below? don't know what is it called.



    troubleshoot and found that this part is spoilt. wonder if it can be replace and what's the cost like.

    that is a transformer/ballast, is more expensive to change than getting a new set of light because this are the slim one not easily found.

    that where the transformer or electronic ballast is being placed and sealed. unless you want to modify your lighting with a normal yet bulky electronic ballast.

    You can try NA at Balestier.

    Your light set seems to be from Aqua Zonic (2ft? 24W each?) and I was quoted $10 per ballast.

    thanks for the info. mine is a 1.5ft aqua zonic set. $10 is cheaper option than buying a new set. thanks again!

    hmm... there is only 2 ballast per set right? so i just need one since only one is spoilt. don't tell me there are many ballast inside one rubber tubing!

    Usually Chan will tell you is cheaper to buy new one.
