NO3 test kit

I was thinking of getting no3 and po4 testkits, but was told that sera's test procedure is rather complicated, what are the test kits that are more commonly used? Was told by some marine fanatics that they use a brand called salifert, but apparently it's only for marine use.

I personally feel that one should choose a test kit that provides accurate, consistant and reliable readings. Most tests are titration type, hence some steps is required to perform a test but they are not complicated.
