Most of you here should be familiar with the Hikari range of foods, especially with their frozen blood worms. Being a keeper of smaller fishes like the bororas brigattae and pygmy corydoras I'm often left with buying live tubifex worms when I'm planning to condition my fishes.Unfortunately tubifex are often sold out by the time i reach my favourite LFS(C32 and they often do not last longer then a day.I've recently came across hikari's official website and was quite happy to find that they actually produce frozen tubifex along with several other food formulas.I've tried the 2 LFS at the C328 area and both do not stock up on frozen tubifex worms, anyone here has any ideas on where i can find them here in SG or if we even stock them locally?

    Re: Hikari frozen foods?

I have only seen frozen bloodworm, daphnia and brine shrimps sold in LFS.
Guess it is a supply and demand thing.

Good luck with your search and do update us if you are successful in your hunt.

I'm not very sure myself as I've only just seen the product listed on the official Hikari website.
Judging by the popularity of tubifex worms as live foods,I'm surprised our LFS hasn't considered stocking up on them.

I have seen it being sold at Petmart a few years back. Not sure if they still carry them - you can call them to check.
