i am looking for the following fish but so far unsuccessful in my search. have any of you guys seen them for sale? Need about 20-30 pieces for my current project.

Have you tried Wu Hu? I haven't been there recently, but I know they usually keep ready stock of these. Alternatively, Seaview usually has espei/hengeli mixed in their hengeli tank. If you can be bothered to go there and id/pick slowly, I'm sure you'll be able to get a decent sized group
