This is my 4 ft tank. Been at it for about a yr plus. My very first plant tank.
Should I re-position the drift wood? Maybe shift it to the side and let the tip point toward the left?

Can view leh. Nice. How abt some spec on tank eg no. of watts n duration. Could do with a little red plants n also hide e co2 reactor. JMHO
nice arrangment! just add a black background, get the equipment out of view and I think it can look even better.
usually, its the equipment that spoils a shot.
Hi,yours is nice.
Just my feedback : add some tall plants on the back-left to hide your pipe & equipment. Try cyperus helferi.
If you want to create something artistic, try to cover some part of driftwood with java moss (not all).
Cheers,

Nice!
Just IMO--
A black back ground would hold the layout together, or have your moss wall?? bigger?
Perhaps shift the CO2 reactor to the far left or right to hide it.
Why not flip the drifwood--ie jugging out from right instead, that would open a space to the left.
Hope this helps

Your wood look interesting to me. There're several possibilities you can create from your wood, depending on what you like and the extent of changes you could possibly made.
Depending on the detail of wood texture and branches shape(which isn't that clear through photo), you can:
1) Create a fallen wood log that interestingly lay on the forest floor. You can get such inspiration of this formation in our rainforest floor.
2) Replace it to the side and create an ancient majestic trees by moving the log higher, with the nicest branches you can find jutting out, and planting it with plants that attached to wood.
3) Get more woods to create cascading effects of hills and roots.
4) Consider mirror your wood branching from right to left instead, since the right side is dense, and break its shape to create an illusion of dense majestic tree.
Possibilities are several, just try to avoid your current centralised placement of wood, that makes the placement too static for visual interest. Unless you would like to design a mould shape at the centre, or place some attractive wood or red plants at side to break its visual emphasis, than there could be more aquascaping you could possibly make.
