i rear ctenopoma ansorgii, 5 fishes, should be 3 males and 2 females. They like to harass each other, but as long as you provide enough vegetation for them to hide, it should be good enough.
does anyone here rear ctenopoma?
can pairs be kept together? i saw a pair some time ago and the male was constantly harassing the female
also, are any of the lfs stocking them? cant seem to find them anymore...

oh ok. if i were to keep one in a 10 gallon/40 litre, would that be ok?
of course that will be ok, very spacious. I am keeping my 5 ansorgiis in a 50 litre tank.
oh ok ic. ive ottos and a honey gourami inside. will that pose a problem?
Should be ok, previously i kept ctenopoma with betta coccina and khuli loach, no problem, they seem to harass only their own kind.

may i know where you get them? the shop i patronize only has the female one left. and ctenopoma congicum, which is not what i am looking for
i got them fron jzx pet botique like half a year ago. Aqua one at pasir ris should have it now.
