APP melting, please help

Hi,

My APP is growing fine for about a week and I started seeing them melting these 2 days. I am using new ADA Amazonia soil, background plants rotala. Using 2xT5 14w aquazonic lights. Dosing with Seachem trace and excel. In the tank have 3 guppies.
Can anyone help to advise what is lacking or wrong? Thank you.

So sad, all my APP melt and no more and no one seems to be able to help advise.

mind share what is ur tank temp??ph? other than this plants all ok?

Tank temp about 30C, other plants all doing well

your tank temp is high site for aquatics plants , idea temp should be 25-28

But the other plants all doing well.
Singapore weather is around this temperature.

maybe u can add fan , my 3ft tank i add one unit of fan , the temp is 25-26 when two set T5 light is on ( 4 tube)

Thank you for your advice, will go and hunt for a fan to help out.
I also have 2 set of T5 lights.
