the main plant will produce runners. u can cut these runners later when they grow.
looks like a green to me. (nymphaea lotus var. viridis).
hope it helps.

Hi Bros,
How to propagate green tiger lotus? Do I just cut any one of the stem & replant it ? There is a bulb in mother plant, will cutting just one stem works?
Pls refer to photo to confirm is it red or green tiger lotus?

Hi Pal,
I didn't know they are runner! If I understand you right, they will produce another shoot beside with a new bulb, Is that what you are saying? I guess it would be very difficult to occur right?
Anyway, thanks a lot for your info.![]()

Green. I noticed that the green variety tend to put out fewer but bigger leaves, and the red smaller but more leaves.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Thanks to all Bros.
Will update all of you if it happens.![]()
