Using horti soil mixed with coco peat

Hi,

I saw a few posts here that people had used Horti Soil before.

On the packaging it states: "HORTI-SOIL is a natural product of humus which is made on the maturation by intense bacterial action of a mixture of Organic matter, peat moss, medium loam and supplemented with Inorganic Superphosphate, Muriate of Potash, Limestone, essential trace elements and Fungicide."

I'm concern about Fungicide. Is it safe to use as a substrate base layer mixed with coco peat?
