Anyone keeping Endler's Livebearers? I would like to know its specific conditions and whether I can use ADA soil substrate.

Does livebearers do well in soft waters? or do I have to keep them in hard, alkaline waters? thus I should sell off my ADA substrate?

You shouldn't keep Endlers in soft water. Hard alkaline water will do. Refer to this link:

Sometime ago I had Endlers too, but I placed them in a tank containing a sort of "aqua soil" substrate. They did not last very long in the acidic conditions caused by the soil substrate.
