Query on Oyama Paper

Hi, everyone. Why is oyama paper so expensive? Oyama paper is paste on the inside of the tank or outside ar? Does the colour of it affects the aro?

never used one before, but i believe its the quality or the made of it which is expensive. For usage, please stick it on the external side of the tank. I don't think it will affect your aro, but certain colours will definitely bring out the colours or cast a contrast toward the aro
