it's Bolbitis heteroclita (try saying that aloud and stress the pneultimate! ). It's a rheophyte, not an aquatic, meaning it grows with its roots in water, but the foliage will not survive well submersed.... another plant often mis-sold as an aquatic.

Err... hard to tell from the picture. If it's leaves are arrange in a 3-way formation, then Budak is right. Do not confuse with java fern "tropica" which have leaves with 2 side protrusions.

If it is really B. heteroclita, it may produce plantlets in submersed form. The leaves will be darkgreen and translucent like B. heudolotii, but small and shaped like a maple leaf. IMO, the submerse form isn't very nice looking. Also known as the Malaysian java fern.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
