You can get most of the stuff online from http://www.singaporehydroponics.com/

There are all sorts of calculators out there online, useful for calculating how much to dose into your tank.

Here locally, you can't get KNO3 in powder form (at least not legally without a license), there are substitutes like CaNO3 (you'll have to dose more for the same amount of NO3, and dose K from another source).
