Sera or Eheim?

So my Beetle 18k air pump out put is getting drastically weak and instead of getting a similar pump to replace, I've more or less decided to go for more reputable and hopefully, reliable brand names.

Have narrowed my choices to between the Sera and Eheim air pumps. Looking at a 4 outlets model and posting here to hear suggestions, feedback and experiences of fellow hobbyists. Thank you loads in advance for the advice.

My bad. I just realized Eheim doesn't have any 4-outlet air pump in their line up. I have since bought the Sera pump.

Why dont go for hiblow instead?

I'm only using for 4 under gravel bottom filters. Think even a baby Hi Blow will be an over kill. Someday I might run a rack and then, I can really get a Hi Blow

Previously using hiblow baby for 2 airstone and 2 sponge filter for my 3 feet tank. So i guess it should be alright. Switch over after having a few bad experience with other airpumps not lasting.

You can tapered it. baby Hi Blow. powerful and quiet. i have no regret

Seems like a Hi Blow Baby is highly recommended. Will keep that in mind for my next air pump change.

I use Hi Blow Baby for the fish tank in my bedroom. What do ya think? ; )
